passion

Passion has always driven me. For many years I had followed other people’s passion but not mine. Passion means that you do what you love. Having understood that sentence, I have started to go new, exciting, challenging, unusual, strange, funny and very emotional ways. I have learned a lot and still do. One lesson learned is: never try to chase the hot thing. There are success stories all over the world. People have ideas, companies develop amazing products and finally new inventions revolutionize the world. But one should not just jump onto a running train hoping for satisfaction. This train will take a route you cannot control, and it will stop with or without you. Think long term! This is one sentence I have learned from very successful people. Not only that, don’t be a mercenary but a missionary! Mercenaries just follow the money, go their own way and have their own goals. They will never enrich people, the team, the company. Missionaries are people who burn for what they believe in. They have a unique spirit and convince others. They know that it is much easier, faster, better and cheaper to use synergy and partnership. They will be happy if everyone is happy. Everyone means the customers, the suppliers, the human resources, the management, the environment, just everyone. Being a missionary, I am interested in people. I love to work with interesting people. I love to help people find their passion, their lust and love for whatever they need and want. Sustainable success is based on the awareness that you should never take anything for granted! Be different, follow your dreams and you’ll find the path! Sounds foolish? You are right!
